Review: Incredibly Unprofessional:I ordered firewood from this company recently, and was given the instructions “I’ll be there in the morning” on the night prior and a request for cash payment. I never received a call to say what time to expect him, and he then arrived at 7:00am without notice. When I went outside to meet him and apologize for not having gone to an ATM, the owner (Mike Cassella) immediately began screaming and swearing at maximum volume about what an inconvenience it was. When I say screaming I mean at the top of his lungs making such a scene that the neighbors came outside. I apologized repeatedly and REPEATEDLY offered to drive with him 30 seconds down the road to an ATM. He refused that offer and continued screaming and shouting profanity. Again, this was 7:00am.I then offered to overnight him a money order, which he responded to by saying “Don’t go out of your way just drop it off by the end of the week” (that Sunday). To top it all off I received a call on the day BEFORE the requested pay date asking if I had dropped it off yet, again screaming into the phone and cursing me out to the point that a friend 5 feet away could hear him. When I said I really didn’t appreciate the blatant unprofessionalism, he responded “I don’t give a f**k about professionalism.”Honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and a big disappointment for someone who also stated they “wanted my business again.”The firewood was fine.
