Review: Awful. Avoid at all costs. The owner does not communicate with you at ALL about what is going on. We booked/ scheduled with him in April and planned for him to come the first week of May. He had to reschedule because he was behind from the bad weather and rain. Our only deadline was to have it completed before memorial day. He did come once, 2 hours after he told us he’d be at the house. Again no big deal as long as he meets the agreed upon date. He worked from 1-3:30. Admittedly, I found it odd of him to leave a job early but I figured he was squeezing everyone in because of the rain. We paid him for half of the job in cash. Less than half of the job has been completed. He promised to come back and finish and remove what he cut from our yard. Again, we were patient. He didn’t call or contact us after that. When we reached out to him he gave us the same line. He would try to get it done. Finally, the day before memorial day, he admitted he was not able to make the deadline after we made numerous calls, texts and Facebook messages. He still claimed he’d come and complete the job. In the meantime we asked even if he couldn’t come and cut more down can he remove what he did cut because our neighbors next door were complaining the brush was on their fence. The owner ignored our calls. It was funny how quick he did call back when we texted from a friend’s phone looking for a price quote. He was surprised when it was us on the other line. We asked why he was avoiding us and he got angry swore and disconnected the call. He even was avoiding Derek’s (other person on business card) calls apparently due to money Scott owed him. Since this whole thing we have been block on his phone and Facebook. The owner is a liar and a crook. If you want tree’s cut down call Davey’s. They are very professional and communicate with you through the whole process. Best part is they actually do what they say they are going to do. Unfortunately, now our lawyer is tasked with drawing up papers on this issue because our job was not completed. Bad business. It’s a shame this company couldn’t just make it right. Do not use their services.
