Review: High winds prevailed early on a Saturday morning causing a very tall pine tree to snap and fall into another large pine between neighbors home and ours. Both fell with no harm to either property or road thankfully.I contacted Wayne (owner of Earth Care) who replied promptly even though out of town and offered to come over on Sunday to estimate the cost of removing fallen trees and stump removal. I thanked him but asked him not to make a special trip as Monday would be great if he could. Very pleased that he would offer though for sure! We also asked for his professional opinion on rest of the trees left standing. Concerned with a very tall tree that angled towards house.The estimate was great and he explained that he would be able to get the job done in one day and would be back in 3 days to do so. Very pleased again with that! Contacted us and explained that would need the driveway clear by 8am for equipment set up. As promised at 8am the crew arrived and off they went to work. Trucks, a crane, bobcat, ultility truck, auto stump grinder, tree shredder all carefully positioned with great care to avoid damage. Laid boards down to reduce tracks marks and had crew raking and cleaning as they went.Very professional, cleaned up more than expected, worked from 8am until almost 3:00pm and had equipment and manpower moving like a well oiled machine. It was awesome to observe and our neighbors commented on the fantastic results. Highly recommend as had a pine tree in the front taken down along with some branches trimmed when we moved in a few years ago by Earth Care and was thrilled with those results and cost as well. Reason why I only had one call to make and would not consider another company for any services that Earth Care can provide.John Higgins & FamilyBallston Spa
