Review: It’s a beautiful place with all kinds of plants and flowers to choose from. My kids love exploring and learning about the different perrenials and annuals. In fact, there’s so many different kinds that I needed expert advice on which ones to get for the landscape in my yard. The employee who helped was so patient and knowledgeable and recommended a few plants. I highly recommend visiting this hewitts location.

Review: Several azaleas that I had purchased last year did not make it back this year. I wanted to return them under their guarantee but I was told the receipt was needed because it’s not possible to track the credit card payment in their system. I was contacted by Hewitt’s the following day and told their corporate office should be able to assist. They were indeed able to find my original purchase in their system and help me. Thank you for the customer support.

Review: A great selection of garden supplies. They made my experience of finding a dragon fly ornament for a friend’s memory garden really enjoyable. The folks listened to my plan and were able to give me several options that would help in enhancing a memory garden for a dear friend.

Review: As a local business owner, I always try to shop local but after the customer service today I will be shopping elsewhere. The woman working there and answering the phones was rude and did not even attempt to help my wife and I, she actually hung up on me saying “she had a line of paying customers”. It’s definitely hard to find good help these days….at least at a big box store I expect this service. Unfortunate for a local nursery to have employees like this.
